"1 week ago, my dryer was no longer drying our clothes. I was pretty certain that it was probably the dryer that was acting up. Since we had the venting cleaned a year and a 1/2 ago. Just to be safe I went ahead and had Sears home repair come out to do an inspection of the dryer. The technician checked out everything found no problems. I then contacted Paul of dryer vent doctor and and we checked both the dryer and the venting. Sure enough the dryer blower was not working which should have been an easy catch by the Sears tech but it was not.
The blower was reattached successfully and the dryer was working normally. Paul then cleaned out the venting and the dryer was now working at optimum performance. Paul spent the time to diagnose two separate issues. I am extremely happy with Paul's knowledge and abilities to take care of my dryer. I highly recommend Vent Dryer Doctor for anyone who needs this type of service. I have used Paul
for the past 3 or 4 visits and will always be using his services.

"I first met Paul almost 10 years ago. When I bought my house, the “dryer vent” was just a rubber hose spraying lint and hot air directly into my crawl space. I hired Paul and he came out and installed a proper vent. Nothing about how my house was set up made the job easy, but Paul got it done and I’ve never had an issue with it. I have him come out every two years to clean it and I’ll continue to use him as long as he’s cleaning dryer vents. He’s polite, respectful, hard working, experienced, punctual, and treats my house like it was his own. You won’t be disappointed."
